You can choose between just the dot, or the circle and dot reticles. Holosun has a limited lifetime warranty on this item.

yes, go into manual mode 1st by holding "+" for 3 seconds, then hold "-" for 3 seconds. after that you can adjust the brightness by using either one of those 2 buttons again
