According to the manufacturer, these dies should not require size lube.

I find that even with carbide dies, it always helps dramatically with sizing, and it extends valuable case life, if you always use some sort of sizing lube anyway. I actually like using that hornady spray lube as it is quite easy to remove once the case is sized, and hornady even claims that there is no need to remove it. A little goes a long way, and if you size very many cases, your arm will thank me as well.
