No it does not appear that you can shoot these from a .223.

Yes, the 90g A tip can fired by any 223. However you must have a 1-7 twist barrel to stabilize the bullet. Normally, competition rifles with chambers with longer throats and requires single loading as well. These bullets were not designed for magazine length cartridge, like the 75g hpbt match bullet.

The .224 can be, yes. hodgdonreloading.com has recipes for many powders listed for Accurate, Hodgdon, IMR, Ramshot and even Winchester.
You won't be able to magazine feed the cartridges in a standard AR15 magazine as the C.O.L. is 2.380. Also velocities will likely be lower than 2500fps.
