can this be used in an auto loader?

No. Should you want .44 Magnum power in an autoloader then you want the .44 AMP. It gets very close to the .44 Magnum. You can get the Automag handgun as they are making them again. But be warned. It's $3500 to start to buy that pistol. It looks awesome. Sort of Buck Rogers like
