Item C375 is the correct option for 6.5 Creedmoor.

According to my SAAMI drawing the headspace dimension is 1.5438 +0.00/-.007 so 1.5369 min to 1.5438 max. The shoulder dimension spec on the same drawing is .400.

If I use the C 375 insert, a factory new loaded Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge measures 1.5565. Are you sure the C 375 insert is correct?

Using the D 400 insert measuring the same cartridge listed above, the headspace measures 1.5364. Wouldn't the D 400 insert make more sense?

Perhaps I'm missing something?
