Will the bullet tube work for .45 Colt also?

Yes, this should also work for .45 Colt. The bullet diameter is the same as .45 ACP.

Can this item be used for feeding .44 mag/.44 Spcl bullets?

.44 Mag and .44 SPL are actually .429-.430 caliber for the bullet diameter and should fit inside the .452 bullet diameter tube.
