Which one would I need for a lone wolf brand frame and an aftermarket slide. the slide has the vertical slits not the diagonal like the p80 slides

The slide doesn't matter. The gun locks in to the device by the accessory rail. The beavertail on the back of the gun is what is specifically fit to the adapters. You'd have to find which pistol model beavertail matches your beavertail and buy that adapter.
