You need a thread adapter to be screwed on BETWEEN the muzzle brake and the 10 or 12 inch redirect compensator. They don't tell you this unless you check their website.

ALSO, you would need a new end cap to replace the sealed storage cap, unless you like shooting out bare threads, which is an additional cost that is not currently available on Optics Planet but IS available for purchase on their website. Again, something that isn't mentioned.
Save yourself the money and headache and just get the 6 inch redirect which doesn't require a mounting adapter plus new end cap (unless you HAVE to have the admittedly cool and overkill giant empty tube).
