Does the scope attachment hardware/ clip included in the “clip on system” contents? Is the eyepiece for conversion to monocular included?

The Infiray CML25 Thermal Imaging Clip-On System does include the clip on equipment as well as an eyecup for the eyepiece.

Is there a 1913 rail mount available for the CML25?

There is not a Picatinny rail mount available for the Infiray CML25 Thermal Imaging Clip-On System.

Does the cml25 record video? If so, does it have removable memory? Can this be helmet mounted, one eye with pvs14 and the thermal for the other eye?

CML25 can't record videos.
This product is not helmet mounted.
If you want a helmet mounted product, I highly recommend the InfiRay Jerry C and Mini series.
