What about 16650 batteries which do fit and seem to work just fine?

Per InForce Lithium Battery Safety Recommendations:

INFORCE recommends the use of Duracell, Energizer, and Panasonic lithium CR123A batteries only.

DO NOT mix batteries with used or differing battery types. DO NOT use rechargeable batteries in INFORCE products.

Use of improper batteries may result in damage to the INFORCE product, and the warranty may be void.

Is this weapon mountable? If so are the tape switches that’ll work for this light?

There are mounts that will allow it to be mounted. There are no tape switches available.

Is there a holster available for belt carry ? I need a light that's hands-free and cannot carry in a pocket.

Can this flashlight use an 18650 battery instead of 2 or the cr123?

Unfortunately this flashlight can only use the CR123 batteries. Despite the similar size, the 18650 battery is just slightly thicker around, and the flashlight is too thin in the barrel to fit that battery.
