Can this sight mount to Hoyts Picatenny rail system on the Ventum Pro

The Iq Bowsights Iq Bowsight Pro Hunter 2-pin Plus Floater Pin cannot be mounted to the picatinny rail on a Hoyt Ventum Pro.

Does this sight have a adjustable Battery operated light that illuminates the fiber optics or pins

Yes. The IQ Sight light (separate purchase) screws into the back of the scope housing emitting light onto the fiber ends.
