How do I measure width? Made in USA?

To measure width: Wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your bare foot. Place a foot on the ground as if you were standing normally. Mark the width of your foot in millimeters on the tape measure. Use this measurement to determine the shoe width you need.
These boots are made in Vietnam.

According to the manufacturer they run pretty true, they do have a little wider of a toe box.
