The ISOtunes Sport Caliber True Wireless Tactical Earbuds are not controlled by a cell phone app. If they are Bluetooth connected to a cell phone the controls for the volume on the phone will control the sound volume of either music or phone calls in the ISOtunes Sport Caliber True Wireless Tactical Earbuds.
