Although we cannot guarantee a perfect fit, this is for most if not all AR-15 , DPMS LR-308.

Says above it's a 6-32 machine thread. you can pick that tap up at any big box for $5. My concern would be turning it. I mean, until Real Avid came with their relief'ed punch set... you could barely even tap a roll pin in without scarring the receiver. turning a tap?? hmmm. I'd personally probably give it a go on a poly 80 build. easily sanded out if damaged.
