Yes. the 6.5 Grendel model is a Type II.
As far as I know JP Enterprise only makes bolts for the Type 2 Grendel version. They stopped with the type 1 way back in like 2012 or so. That said i believe this extractor actually works with both type 1 & 2 bolts. I believe the only dif is the bolt walls a tad thicker so bolt lugs don't tear off as easy, and mainly a type2 bolt can and will cause dangerous headspace issues if u try to use it in a type1 barrel/chamber. That last reason is directly from JP Enterprise. It must have a thicker bolt face as well. Regardless they do say on their website the extractor is designed to work in any 6.5 grendel bolt assembly.
