Will this mount work with a Leupold Delta Point Pro? — 3 Answers

Follow up on my previous answer due to a typo. The Leuopold uses a M4 x .7 (not M7). I was able to drill the JP mount out with a 3.3 mm drill and use a M4 gun tap to retap the threads for this to fit. The M4 is only slight bigger than the english threads but it seems to torque fine. I think in hindsight I would order the Leuplold base instead. If the threads don't survive recoil that is what I will likely do.

The mount will fit, but the base and screws are threaded english and the screws that Leupold uses are M7 .7 metric with a slight bevel at the head. To make this work I will need to tap the base.
