I got to the bottom of my own question. With the AR-10, the Juggernaut CA Compliant Kit will cause the bolt to no longer lock back when the magazine is empty.... you need to keep track of your rounds or realize when it's not firing is probably empty. It's just a trade-off you have to overcome if you want all the goodies on your weapon.
