We do not currently carry spare bolts for this upper, you would need to contact KAK directly.

This fits DPMS pattern lower receivers.

Is there any setup tips or alternative part lists from KAK for this setup? The gas block can’t hold the pressure, maybe adj block and heavy buffer?

As this is a proprietary chambering and gas system you would want to contact KAK directly, as they do not specify any alternative parts.
