The KAK .750 Multi Position Dimple Drill Jig drill bit is 3/16x90.

Will this work for a sig sauer m400

This could work with an M400. Any existing dimples may prevent proper dimpling.

Will this work for Aero Precision 750 gas block?

Aero Precision confirms the .750 gas block has a spacing of .465.

The dimpling jig dimples barrels for gas block set screw spacings Of .500..470, .450, .425 and .400.

I would not recommend the dimpling jig for the Aero .750 gas block.
