Will this mount fit a Century Arm C39 V2?

Yes, as long as your C39V2 has the standard side-mount attachment rail, it will lock onto it.

Will this scope and mount fit correctly and be well centered on a newer Century Arms RAS47 with the CAI side mount installed?

It will mount, but the CAI side mount will need to be removed.

Is the scope centered over the bore or is it off slightly to the left as other are. As a left handed shooter being centered is important.
