Yes. .30 is the closest to 6mm and 6.5mm. I use a .30cal 2 port brake on my 22" 6mm ARC AR and the recoil is almost gone when shooting off a tripod and rear bag while prone. Only downside to a good brake is the concussive blast, not to bad on a 22" barrel. I used the same brake on a 10.5" 300BLK pistol and didnt get through the mag before putting the can back on.
