The Kaw Valley Precision XL Slim Linear Compensators could work with a Ruger Mark IV that has a thread barrel. You would need a model that is a compatible caliber and has a threads that are 1/2x28 to match the Ruger Mark IV barrel. However, these Kaw Valley Precision XL Slim Linear Compensators are designed for much larger calibers so I recommend using the .22 caliber model of the Kaw Valley Precision Linear Compensator located at the link below.
