That is hard to answer since boots fit differently between models and brands but if you normally get an 11, I would get an 11 in these Kenetrek Mountain Extreme 400 Boots.

I ordered a size 11, i tryed them and they felt tight on one foot. And that ws with out were the sock liner and heavy sock that Kentreck sells. Pluse my orthodox. Was just too tight. I sent it back hoping for a size 12 exchange. Fits better.
