One of these sights has a slightly wider dovetail for those who may need it due to a sloppy fit with an older firearm, but the other 3 have the same mounting setup and are only different based on the configuration of the blade. You should choose the configuration you want and go with the standard unless your rail has some wear and tear and needs the extra width to be secure.
