This is their policy as stated by Killer Innovations: Killer Innovations warrants our products to be free of manufacturing and workmanship defects. Under this warranty and at our discretion Killer Innovations will repair, replace or refund a product due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship. This warranty is limited. Exclusions include, but are not limited to, normal wear and tear, improper use, and abuse.
