Will this trigger work well with a Gen 3 Glock 20 ?

No, it will not. You need a different model, which Killer Innovations doesn’t make. I used a silver Lone Wolf one in my Gen2 G20 and a Zev kit in my P80 G20 that came with the upgraded trigger, striker, safety plunger, plunger spring, trigger spring, 2 sears, etc. I distinctly remember both of them being 10mm specific.
