can I this product for exporting purpose? I am registered with the State Department to export defense goods.

The sale of this product outside of the US is regulated by the US State Department and ITAR, and will be subject to performance limitations. As the manufacturer, KAC requires notice of intended export by resellers, but past that point it is up to the US buyer to ensure compliance with governing laws and regulations of the United States.
