Is this compatible with the Regular KAC M4 RAS Carbine Upper Rail?

Yes this was specifically designed for use with only the kac m4 ris/ras quad rails at the request of the uk-sas. It attaches to the barrel nut exactly like the top rail of a KAC M4 RAS.
