Yes, the KynSHOT AR-15 .223/5.56mm Buffer can be used with a binary trigger.

It works amazingly well on my 12.7X42 build with a geissele braided H3 buffer spring. I have a 10.5” barrel with right hand charge and have to say that it’s one of my most favorite to shoot. Rolling that lever around to that third position an then just letting them fly is insanely thrilling. Reminds me of the three round burst we had in the Army, just not as much punch. Besides, anything worth shooting once, is worth shooting twice.
