Yes, as along as the buffer that is being replaced is a rifle length A1/A2 buffer.

This will work for a .308 platform, as long as this is being used in a rifle length buffer tube!

This will work on an AR-10 as long as you are using a rifle length buffer tube.

Will this work with a Magpul PRS Stock ? also my rifle has a 20" barrel so I'm putting a suppressor on it will I need an adjustable gas block.

Yes, this will work with your PRS stock, as long as you are replacing a rifle length buffer and using a rifle length buffer tube.

These are the best three options to use for your AR-10:

If you have a carbine collapsible stock, the best buffer to use is the RB5004

If you have a A5 buffer tube, the best buffer to use is the RB5005

If you have a rifle length buffer tube, the best buffer to use is the RB5006
