will this part work in any of the gen1-4 .45 and 10mm guns?

This will not work on any 45 ACP Glock which use a larger striker. This will work with the 10mm which uses the same striker at the Glock 9mm/40/.357 Sig.

Is this truly “drop in” ready? I don’t see the plastic parts that hold the spring on the striker pictured or even listed in the specs or features.
