These mountaineering boots from La Sportiva are very water resistant. If they are properly treated they'll take a good deal of rain. If untreated, they are very water resistant. Nabuk leather can be treated so that it is waterproof. The treatment has to be reapplied seasonally or as needed under extensive use, a couple of times per season.
