Yes. These Lancer L15 Magwells are one-piece magwells designed to fit milspec AR-15 rifles and standard forged lower receivers with removable trigger guards.

The Lancer L15 Magwells mounts to your AR15 magwell with the use of an included spring pin.

It says its compatible with most ar15 magazines. Which magazines is it not compatible with?

Magpul gen 3 mags have a small tab in the back that hits the magwell. If you don't mind filing it down it will work. Magnum gen 2 mags have no problem. Obviously Lancer mags run fine and basically every other mag.
