What is the maximum height gas block that will go underneath this handguard?

The gas block maximum height is 1.3" anything bigger than that it will not fit underneath handguard.

Why are these handguards missing the cutouts on the top rail and the anti rotation insert? Have ordered 2 from 2 locations and both are missing.

I am assuming the ones for sale are the newer models but the name hasn’t changed and the images aren’t updated to reflect the actual product. I order mine (from another site), expecting the cutout (based off the images) and received the handguard without the cutouts.
