The Lasermax Guide Rod Laser Sight for Glock Pistols is non adjustable. According to manufacturer the Internal Guide Rod lasers come permanently aligned from the factory for center-of-mass accuracy at 20 yards, it will never drift out of alignment.

Bull ‼️My lazermax rod laser points about about 8 inches to the left on my Glock 22. I can move the rear of the rod slightly to the right and get it down to about 3 inches off to the left. Still NOT GOOD‼️ It’s been like that since the day I first received it…�
