The Leapers UTG AR15 Combat Sniper Pistol Grip will work with Mil-Spec AR15 lower receivers. They will also work with ambidextrous safety selectors.

Chances are no, everyone saying “yes” they only mean it works on theirs, but no it does not work on all ambi safety selectors due to the fact the grip itself is thicker than any standard grip

*No. It will interfere with ambidextrous safety use.
*It will work with slight chisel/carving/Dremel modification (choose your own method, measure/mark twice, trim once). I know this because I loved the way it felt it in my hand and wanted to run it. So, since it was relatively cheap, I modified it for use with ambidextrous safeties.
