will this work with Magpul MS4 QD? I'm not finding the Magpul male QD diameter

The Leapers UTG AR15 Quick Detach Receiver End Plate should work with the Magpul MS4 QD Sling. However, I recommend using the Magpul version at the link below since it was designed to work with Magpul QD Slings.
