This will not be compatible to mount directly to an M-Lok Handguard.

You can order a Picatinny Rail adapter to enable you to mount this bipod on your M-LOK rail, such as this one https://www.opticsplanet.com/leapers-utg-pro-m-lok-picatinny-rail-section-rejel.html by Leapers.
