The UTG Pro AR15 Ops Ready S4 Mil-spec Stock Kit comes complete with Mil-spec Extension Tube, Buffer, Buffer Spring, Receiver End Plate, and Castle Nut. The buffer is a standard carbine buffer that weighs 3.2 oz.

Will it work with a AR10? Do you have to change buffer spring in tube?

The UTG Pro AR15 Ops Ready S4 Mil-spec Stock Kit will work for an AR-10 with the exception of the buffer, and the buffer spring. I would recommend the Aero Precision M5 .308 Carbine Buffer Kit which includes everything you need for an AR-10 without the buttstock. You can find that kit using the following link:
