No, these UTG Pro M-LOK Super Slim Free Float Handguards will only be compatible with .308 DPMS GII rifles.

1st ? will it fit the M&P10, a low profile rail and the answer says no. Other 6 ?s answers were yes it is for low profile rails. Does it fit M&P10?

This handguard is designed to fit DPMS (Gen II) low profile .308 rifles but is not compatible with the M&P10. I would recommend using the M&P10 specific rail found by using the link below:
