As long as your C39V2 has the side rail installed on it (comes standard on newer models), this should fit.

I have a Century Arms C39v2 with a side rail. This UTG Pro Quick Detach mount DOES NOT fit. The slot in the mount is just a hair too narrow to go over the side rail

NO!!! Bought it because the answer said if it had a dove tail mount then it would fit. It does not fit a c39v2! IT DOES NOT FIT!

I will have to agreed with the others, this rail DOES NOT fit. Mine arrived today and was not able to attach it.
