Yes, this should be compatible, although there is the possibility that some minor modification could be required.

There is a significant amount of modification needed to get this to fit a Lynx 12. I had to mill spacers to put between the upper and lower sections so they would screw in evenly. I also had to grind down sections on my Lynx 12 and the Rail System. This is not designed to fit a Lynx12.
