Not sure, as it is not listed. Most bipods of this style weigh around 15-20 OZ.

Will this fasten correctly on key-mod rail

You will need the Picatinny version as well as a Picatinny rail section for you rail.

You will need an M-lok Picatinny rail section mounted to your handguard to mount the bipod to.
