The Hi-Lux Optics Remington 700 Short Action 1 Piece Base 20 MOA model has 20 MOA of cant. This means that the base will angle your scope towards the muzzle of the rifle 20MOA. This allows for greater elevation adjustment out to longer ranges. The 0MOA model has no cant since it is not angled towards the muzzle of the rifle when mounted.
