You will need to assemble it. The instructions are straightforward and there are many videos on YouTube that walk you through the process. Once set up, this kit will be ready to make ammo.

Can the 9mm die set be replaced with a set for another caliber?

Yes, you can change calibers. Some cartridges use different size primers and the shell plates could be different as well. But, it is and easy change, especially with the removable turret.
