Yes, this will fit the picatinny rail of the AR-10 upper receiver and will mount the scope high enough to clear the handguard/rail. The tightening knobs for the Leupold Mark IMS are on the right hand side of the mount, leaving the left side clear and streamlined for operating a side charging upper receiver.
