This mount is 1.4" tall, that would completely depend on what irons you choose.

The Leupold Mark AR 30mm integrated Mounting System 177094 rings screws should be torqued to 28 in/lbs and the base screws to 65 in/lbs.

The Leupold 177094 Mark AR integral Mounting System 1-Pc Base & 30mm Ring Combo will not work for the Leupold FX-I Rimfire 4x28. You will need 1" diameter rings. Also a cantilever mount like this one will set that scope higher than needed on that rifle. I recommend using the Leupold Backcountry Cross-Slot Rings 1" diameter medium or low height at the link below.

The ring height of the Leupold 177094 Mark AR integral Mounting System 1-Pc Base & 30mm Ring Combo is 1.4". This is the centerline ring height.
