Item 49949 is for 13mm dovetails, however your CZ 455 should have an 11mm dovetail, so item 54231 would be a better option as it is for 11mm dovetails.

They may but they may place the scope "off center". The dovetail on the 49949 rings are 13mm while the dovetail on the CZ455 rim fire is only 11mm. You may want to try Leupold # 54231. They have the correct 11mm dovetail attachment.
