The Mark AR and Mark 4 both have advantages and disadvantages. The Mark AR provides more crossbolts for a stable base, as well as 0.75" more length between the rings for adjusting your turrets, where the Mark 4 has a more beneficial rear offset on the AR-10 platform. I would honestly suggest considering an alternative manufacturer that can provide all three advantages in one.
A couple I would recommend looking into are American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON, a little more costly, but an incredibly solid, reliable, and exceptionally well built mount, and the Warne Quick Detach Gen 2 Extended Skeletonized MSR Mount. Both will be great options for high quality mounts that should give you what you're looking for, as well as some extra features.
