Which mount would be best for this scope on a AR10 .308 win, the Mark AR integral or the Mark 4 ims ?

The Mark AR and Mark 4 both have advantages and disadvantages. The Mark AR provides more crossbolts for a stable base, as well as 0.75" more length between the rings for adjusting your turrets, where the Mark 4 has a more beneficial rear offset on the AR-10 platform. I would honestly suggest considering an alternative manufacturer that can provide all three advantages in one.

A couple I would recommend looking into are American Defense Manufacturing AD-RECON, a little more costly, but an incredibly solid, reliable, and exceptionally well built mount, and the Warne Quick Detach Gen 2 Extended Skeletonized MSR Mount. Both will be great options for high quality mounts that should give you what you're looking for, as well as some extra features.

What Leupold rings fit this scope?

Depending on your mounting method for your rifle, Leupold 30mm High Height rings with the appropriate mounting method to fit your rifle will work.

Since your not buying directly from Leupold if you order the CDS model will they still do a free one time dial for you or would Leupold charge the $80

For CDS (Custom Dial System) models, you can redeem one free custom dial per scope and additional dials can be purchased for alternate loads and/or environmental conditions. This is not a CDS model, only Side Focus.
