is this a good scope for a mossberg 300 win mag and is it shock proof

Yes it will work well with a 300 Win Mag rifle. Leupold scopes are rated for all magnum and shotgun loads as well as air rifle rated.

Is the turret tough enough to with stand all day manipulation at the range while engaging targets at various distance? I dont think it was designed to

How is this scope sealed? What is the best range of distance for this scope, i.e. best under 100 yards or accurate up to 200 yds., etc.?

This optic is easily able for you to get inside of 100 and 200+ yards. It is delivered straight from Leupold to us and straight from us to you. We do not unseal any packaging that Leupold already has on their products and only add packaging during the shipping process

This optic does not come with CDS, but it can be purchased separately through Leupold.
